Ok, so before we listed this bow, we never really thought about what bunnies or eggs have to do with Easter (aka the resurrection of my man, JC). Now that we've just done some (google) research, it's even MORE confusing!
First, bunnies do not lay eggs. They just paint them and hide them for kids (or hungry dogs) to find. So like, where did the bunnies get the eggs from?? STOLEN!
Second, ok I stopped reading after I got to the egg part cuz I got hungry and went to go ask the Bow Maid for some eggs... Anyways, long story short, bunnies represent Easter and here's the bow tie for that! The Japanese character on the bowtie is "U" and means rabbit.
To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.
Each bow tie is handmade and should be sturdy enough to withstand daily doggo wear and tear (aside from chewing). However, for safety reasons, please remove if your pup will be playing/wrestling with other pups (or animals)!
The bow ties attach to your dog’s collar by a strip a Velcro. For sizes small and medium, the Velcro is pre-cut to fit a 2cm high collar. For size large, the Velcro is pre-cut to fit a 3cm collar. If your dog’s collar is smaller than the pre-cut dimensions, you can customize by cutting the Velcro to your desired height. If your dog’s collar is bigger than the pre-cut dimensions, please send us a note and we’ll make sure to include enough length to fit!
